Shipping & Delivery Guidelines

1. Order Processing vs. Shipping 

Processing Time: Please allow 2-4 business days for our warehouse to process, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier. 

“Fulfill ment’ Status: When you receive a "Processing" notification, it means your order has been pulled from inventory and locked for shipment. At this stage, the order is considered “Fulfilled” by our system and cannot be cancelled, even if the tracking number is still generating.

2. Shipping Timelines

Standard Shipping: 8-12 Business Days 

Priority Shipping: 7-10 Business Days 

Note: We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, or high volume.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages 

Once the tracking status shows “Delivered,” LoverBliss is not liable for packages lost or stolen from your property. We recommend using a secure delivery address. 

If your package is lost in transit (not scanned for 10+ days), we will issue a replacement immediately.
